Taber Corn is second to none. Each summer, when word of Taber, Alberta’s first corn harvest breaks, connoisseurs converge on roadside stands to get it. It’s an easy progression why we would use Alberta’s famous Taber Corn from the Molnar Farm in our Berbon mash allowing you to not only eat your Taber Corn, but drink it too. At 101 proof (50.5% abv), this higher proof whisky gives a depth of fl favour and aroma second to none on the bourbon market, just like the corn it is made from! The nose is reminiscent of peach custard pie, rich and fruity. On the palate are notes of salted caramel and sweet oak, with lingering notes of pepper and sweet fennel.
