At Wine and Beyond, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; if you are not entirely happy with your order, items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please note that certain vintage or limited-release products may be subject to specific restocking conditions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original protective packaging, ensuring that bottles are cushioned and the box is securely taped to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
